Key Responsibilities

  5. Manage projects, including server and IP telephony deployments.
  6. Conduct proactive maintenance on computers, servers, and networks.
  7. Communicate proactively and strategically with clients.

Requirements

  1. 1+ years of technical experience in IT support.
  2. Professional demeanor, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.
  3. BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT WINDOWS, 365, AND NETWORKING.
  4. Understanding of domain name registration and DNS management.
  5. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  6. Valid Class G driver's license and vehicle for local travel.
  7. Police records check.

Skills and Certifications

  1. Experience with: Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure, etc.
  2. Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
  3. Backup systems, antivirus platforms, and IT security.
  4. MCSA or higher certifications.
  5. ConnectWise RMM and PSA tools.
  6. SonicWALL, Dell PowerEdge, WHM/cPanel, SIP telephony, PowerShell, and VMware.
