Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR data governance strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data management.
  • Design and deliver HR analytics solutions to support business decision-making and drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR data needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR reporting and analytics tools to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams on data management, reporting, and analytics best practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data management, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR data governance strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, and data visualization software.
