Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Instructional Staff Member to join our team at Nakiska Resort. As a Sales and Instructional Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and sales skills while delivering high-quality ski and snowboard instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior guest service and sales skills to all visitors and staff.
  • Deliver high-quality ski and snowboard instruction, in accordance with standards established by the Ski & Snowboard School.
  • Assist guests with resort-related inquiries and provide guidance and feedback in a supportive and encouraging manner.
  • Ensure all communication with guests and staff is professional, timely, and supports the best interests of Nakiska Resort.
  • Assist other mountain departments/management with operational or services tasks assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 1 internationally recognized qualification(s) in ski &/or snowboard instruction.
  • Strong work ethic with individual and team-oriented work.
  • Active listening and effective communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Computer literacy, including office, in-house booking systems, and multiple POS systems.

Application Requirements:

  • Own work VISA or legal status to work in Canada.
  • Cover Letter and Resume/CV.
  • Proof of certification and active membership.
  • Criminal Record Check with clearance to work with children, dated within the last 12 months.
