Nakiska Winter Sports School Sales and Instruction Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Instruction Representative to join our team at Nakiska Winter Sports School. As a Sales and Instruction Representative, you will be responsible for a performance and business level dependent blend of sales and instructing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book lessons and assist guests with resort-related inquiries
  • Provide superior guest experience and service
  • Ensure all ski and snowboard lesson bookings are efficient and accurate
  • Deliver excellent ski and/or snowboard instruction in accordance with standards established by the Ski and Snowboard School
  • Provide guidance and feedback in a manner that is supportive, encouraging, and helps students/instructors achieve their goals
  • Ensure all communication with guests and staff is professional, timely, and supports the best interests of Nakiska Resort
  • Assist other mountain departments/management with operational or services tasks assigned by your Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

  • Own work VISA or legal status to work in Canada
  • Cover Letter and Resume/CV
  • Proof of certification and active membership
  • Criminal Record Check with clearance to work with children, dated within the last 12 months
