Job Responsibilities- Establish organizational objectives and develop policies and programs to drive business growth
- Manage and allocate resources to implement strategic initiatives
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Promote the organization through negotiations and official functions
- Select and develop middle managers and directors
- Maintain financial and administrative controls
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
