We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a Strategic Operations Coordinator.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also evaluate daily operations, plan and control budgets, and develop recruitment strategies.
In addition, the Strategic Operations Coordinator will oversee the development of communication strategies, conduct performance reviews, and direct people to contacts or service areas. They will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Coordinate events such as seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement budget plans and financial forecasts
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employee growth and development
- Provide exceptional customer service by directing people to contacts or service areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
