Job Title: Clinical Coordinator, Community Mental Health, Masters

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team in Community Mental Health. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in leading our team and providing clinical supervision to staff. Your expertise in individual, family, and group modalities of practice in mental health and psychiatry will be essential in delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
  • Supervise designated clinical staff, including participating in performance evaluation, staff training, and development.
  • Provide clinical consultation, role modeling, instruction, and coaching to staff to resolve complex clinical issues.
  • Develop and implement joint care plans with staff to ensure proper completion.
  • Participate in risk management for the clinical area, including conducting safety audits and reviewing Serious Incident Reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
  • Four (4) years recent related experience, including two (2) years of staff supervisory experience.
  • Eligible for registration with relevant professional association.
