Senior Mental Health Clinical Coordinator

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinical Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Fraser Health. As a leader in community mental health, this role will provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to interdisciplinary teams, ensuring effective coordination of care and services.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services and reduce gaps in the community.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to establish strong working relationships and promote dignifying, purposeful, and trusting relationships with clients.
- Assist staff in resolving complex clinical issues through clinical consultation, role modeling, instruction, and coaching.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records, including documenting client assessments, charting client information, and preparing progress notes and reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
- Four years recent related experience, including two years of staff supervisory experience, and clinical experience in individual, family, and group modalities of practice in mental health/psychiatry in community and/or hospital settings.
- Valid B.C. Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is CAD $49.02 - $61.21/hour. Additional benefits include comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and theories of social work, clinical counseling, or other health-related disciplines.
