Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Support

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Subhkin Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Direct staff and supervise other workers
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
