About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our research team as a Research Assistant, supporting the coordination of various clinical trials and research projects. The successful candidate will work under the direction of Principal Investigators, assisting with tasks such as participant recruitment, data collection, and regulatory document preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with participant recruitment and enrollment in clinical trials
  • Collect and maintain source documents, case report forms, and study correspondence
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including ethics applications and institutional review board submissions
  • Gather and transcribe data for research studies
  • Prepare reports on project activities and assist with manuscript writing
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a scientific or health-related discipline
  • Experience in medical research and clinical trials, with knowledge of clinical research principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and statistical software
