Senior HR Business Partner

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
This role is a key part of our Executive Leadership Team, overseeing the growth of our people and culture strategy. The successful candidate will be a solution-oriented leader with 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop strategies to attract top-tier talent, oversee recruitment, and manage seamless onboarding while promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, promote a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace, and advocate for company culture.
Policy & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and advise senior leadership on strategy and planning.
Performance & Development: Oversee performance evaluations and lead training curriculums and programs to address skills gaps and support career growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and employee needs.
HR Systems & Data: Maintain HR systems (HRIS, ATS), ensure accurate personnel records, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managing complex employee relations issues
* Experience in creative agencies or fast-paced environments, with strong recruitment expertise
* Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and G-Suite tools, with strong data and reporting capabilities
* Agile, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment
