  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with government regulations, Redberry policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Supports in recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Certification: Complete all internal certification programs.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
