About the Role

At Shiri's Kitchen, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team. As an essential member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our meals, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chef Management: Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Allergen and Special Diets: Prepare dishes that cater to customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific requirements.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting teamwork and efficient workflow.
  • Sourcing and Supplies: Source and order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Inventory and Record-Keeping: Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
