Job Title: Executive Chef

THE REDBOX is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers
  • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food preparation
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
