Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Silver Cascade Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, managing food costs, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure high-quality food is served to customers
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a chef or in a related role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
