Job Description

A Senior Corporate Governance Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's corporate records, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and handling corporate governance matters. This role will involve preparing and maintaining documentation for board meetings, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings.

  • Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for board meetings and shareholder communications.
  • Assist in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role.
