About the Role:


As a Senior Data Governance Specialist at BioAro Inc., you will play a key role in shaping our data administration policy and standards. Your expertise in analyzing data, developing policies, and leading teams will drive our data-driven decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Data Administration: Operate database management systems to extract valuable insights from data and inform business decisions.
  • Policymaking: Develop and implement data administration policy and standards that align with industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators to ensure seamless execution of data-related tasks.
  • User Requirements: Collect and document user requirements to ensure data meets their needs.


Requirements:



  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis and documentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.


What We Offer:



  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
