Location:Alberta

We are currently seeking a skilled Chief Corporate Governance Officer to manage our company's corporate records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and handle corporate governance matters. As a key member of our team, you will prepare and maintain documentation for board meetings, shareholder communications and regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for board meetings and shareholder communications.
  • Assist in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with directors, shareholders and regulatory authorities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
