Our firm is renowned for its highly skilled and experienced lawyers, who offer expert advice and guidance to clients of all sizes across various industries. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.
We are looking for individuals with at least 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Senior Counsel). Your expertise should include experience with either Commercial work (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements); and/or corporate maintenance/governance.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $200,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our lawyers work remotely, allowing for a better work-life balance, and we strive to provide our clients with value, quality, and flexibility.
