Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Big Fresh. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our organizational standards
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as equipment maintenance, supplies, and security services
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
Special Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between management and office staff to communicate policies and procedures
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disasters, and develop relationships with indigenous communities and organizations
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
Work Environment:
  • This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week
  • The work language is English
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience. This figure may vary depending on your qualifications and background.
