Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other relevant documents.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English (fluent). Work Term: Permanent. Hours: 30 hours per week.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
