Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other relevant documents.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English (fluent). Work Term: Permanent. Hours: 30 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
