We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardlock Territory Manager to join our team at Parkland Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cardlock sites across the territory.
Key Responsibilities- Site Operations
- Lead the implementation of safe operating procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Train and develop site operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and workplace observations to ensure site operators are meeting daily expectations.
- Profit & Loss Management and Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operating expenses and improve profitability.
- Work with the finance team to identify opportunities to reduce expenses and with the sales team to identify priority focus areas for volume.
- Assess requests from third-party operators for additional expenses or increased compensation.
- College or university degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the fuel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage conflict.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
