Lead Construction Manager for Heavy Civil Projects

Job Description
This Lead Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of heavy civil projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and monitoring project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
- Coordinating with subcontractors, major suppliers, and management to prepare contracts and monitor financial aspects
- Maintaining knowledge of health, safety, and environmental protection practices as they apply to construction processes
- Evaluating workmanship to uphold quality standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary education in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically in heavy civil construction
- Valid class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Bluebeam
Competitive Salary and Benefits
