Key Responsibilities:- Leading the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders
- Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets
- Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery and quality
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide guidance on civil engineering principles, methodologies and best practices. You will incorporate advancements in civil engineering technologies into project designs and processes and facilitate communication between clients, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure technical coherence and integration.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry, with at least 7 years in a technical leadership role on a complex infrastructure project
- International experience in different countries and continents
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical aspects of a large-scale construction project
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technical tools
We are offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including long-term disability, short-term disability, dental care, and car allowance.
