Senior Project Manager, Heavy Civil Structures

At Kiewit, we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead our heavy civil structure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate team activities, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures, ensuring all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Requirements
- 8+ years' construction experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity (preferably on infrastructure projects).
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration.
