We are seeking experienced Civil Infrastructure Division Project Managers to lead our construction projects in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Graham Construction projects from the earliest stages of their life cycle.
Your responsibilities will include managing work from tenant improvements to JVs and P3s, participating in preconstruction services, determining the method of construction, materials quantities, equipment, work schedule, and documentation of hours worked.
You will also be responsible for site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, project scheduling, field cost control, and safety. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Our ideal candidate will have varying years of experience, with a minimum of 2-6 years in a supervisor capacity role, proficiency in civil infrastructure deep foundations, structural steel, and concrete, and proven ability to manage project values $1M - 25M.
They will also be able to lead mid-sized teams, know the impact of change on cost and schedule, and look-ahead 3 months or more in planning work. Knowledge of construction engineering and design, as well as standard construction software and management processes, is also required.
The salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience, ranging from $108,000.00 - $148,500.00 annually. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
