Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Operations Manager to lead our district operations, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence in the retail pharmacy industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor store operations through store managers and pharmacy managers to ensure seamless execution of company standards and pharmacy regulations.
  • Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide a smooth transition of new and/or acquired stores and store transfers to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure stores are designed to meet customer needs while upholding the company brand and maintaining a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Execute programs developed by Merchandising, Operations, and Pharmacy to meet financial and performance goals, including talent management, recruitment, and training.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to store management to drive results and improve employee engagement.
  • Maintain a full understanding of the impact of competition in the marketplace and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant management experience in retail (pharmacy retail in particular)
  • Superior planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience in making sound decisions and leading a large group of people to drive results and improve employee engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand, plan, and execute budgets to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driving license to travel to stores and meetings.
