Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and monitoring and evaluating performance
- Supervise technical and support staff and produce project designs
- Oversee analysis of data and information and prepare reports, develop and administer policies and programs, and coordinate maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers and manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services
- College/CEGEP diploma and 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
