Job Description:
At Sign Star, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Information:
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
