Executive Director, Talent Management and Organizational Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Organizational Development to join our team at Home and Community Care Support Services. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance on organizational development, change management, and talent management initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective organizational development strategies, plans, and programs to drive business results and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business results.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational change initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and abilities.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies and plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and other business partners to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that support business objectives.
- University degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong generalist experience, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience leading in a unionized environment is an asset.
- Strong relationship management, facilitation, and critical thinking skills.
- Highly developed understanding and application of methodologies and approaches for learning, strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, and work/life balance.
