Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Organizational Development to join our team at Home and Community Care Support Services. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent development initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance on organizational development, change management, and talent management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective organizational development strategies, plans, and programs to drive business results and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for organizational development, change management, and talent management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and other business partners to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that support business objectives.
Requirements
  • University degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, assessment and analysis of learning needs, learning and design development and evaluation.
