Job Title: Office Supervisor - Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at S&F QURESHI CONSULTING Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise staff in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
  • Requisition or order materials and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Coordinate activities with other departments
  • Propose improvements to methods and procedures
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
