About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our Intrusion team in Western Canada. This role involves providing technical training and support to partners on Qolsys & DSC products, ensuring the safety of individuals and property.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create effective sales, technical training, and marketing strategies for the territory.
  • Analyze data to identify the most efficient sales and training methods.
  • Meet with customers to address their concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Enhance Revenue Per Site (RPS) through comprehensive training and education initiatives.
  • Delve presentations on our products and services to potential customers.
  • Participate in industry events, such as trade shows, to foster customer relationships.
  • Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, technical skills, and product attributes.
  • Monitor competition within the assigned region.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently increasing sales and revenue.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise.
  • Ability to develop effective sales and training strategies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Will to travel up to 35% of the time in BC, AB, SK, and MB.
  • Valid Driver's License

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
