Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DIRECTOR FACILITIES & CONSTRUCTION to join our Western Canada Leadership Team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to supporting the growth and development of our business network in Western Canada.

About the Role
  • Manage facilities maintenance functions to ensure equipment and facilities meet exceptional customer experience standards.
  • Deploy CAPEX projects, ensuring Return on Investment (ROI) calculations align with company objectives.
  • Lead construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and equipment installations.
  • Collaborate with Global Real Estate to evaluate opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead outstanding customer experiences across all stores and business units.
  2. Develop and engage a talented team of managers and associates, fostering a positive culture within Western Canada.
  3. Oversee the affiliate program, driving its overall direction and strategy.
  4. Liaise with the Global Real Estate team to identify new-to-industry opportunities.
  5. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or advanced degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Five to eight years of experience in project management, construction, facilities management, or a related field.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and location. The actual compensation may vary based on individual performance and company policies.
