We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at T&F Auto Repair. This is a permanent full-time position with 30 hours per week.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. They will also carry out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, perform data entry, and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, support them with foreign credential recognition, and provide language support where necessary.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, sick leave, and access to employee discounts on auto repairs and other services.
