Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages.
  • Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks; compile data, statistics, and other information; provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Office Maintenance: Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing; order office supplies and maintain inventory; store, update, and retrieve financial data.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, Collaborative, Efficiency, Hardworking, Integrity, Quick learner, Time management, Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Reliability, Team player.
