Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at YOVU Office Phone. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Assist in monitoring alerts and reacting to issues in a timely manner
  • Keep documentation up to date, including external knowledge base and asset details
  • Be involved in rotating after-hours on-call support

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as IT or Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience in IT help desk, computer repair, incident management, or building systems from scratch
  • Strong technical knowledge, including PC and mobile device troubleshooting, networking basics, and advanced skills
  • Excellent customer interaction skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences
  • Industry insight, with a solid understanding of connectivity, hardware, and peripherals
  • Bilingual in English and French (a big plus)
