Senior Sales Director for Luxury Properties

Job Overview: As a Senior Sales Director at Marriott Hotels Resorts, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve booking goals and property revenues. This role involves developing strategic account plans, managing reactive and proactive sales efforts, and evaluating market trends to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our target customer profile and associates.
- Manage the development of a strategic account plan for demand generators in the market, including determining and developing marketing communication activities with Regional Marketing Communications.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to sales associates to achieve property sales objectives, including overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and property revenues.
- Evaluate the property's participation in various sales channels, develop strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property, and manage the marketing budget to enable development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Lodging sales experience and hotel industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance.
- A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major; or a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
