Job Title: Vice President, Sales

Connect Tech Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales and marketing teams in achieving exceptional business results.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening relationships with key partners. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand the customer base
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage budgets, oversee new projects, and develop sales techniques to ensure targets are met
  • Work with business partners to develop long-term plans for success and growth
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as VP of Sales or similar role
  • 7-10 years business-to-business sales experience in Electronics or the Technology industry
  • College Diploma or University degree in Business, Marketing, or Electronics
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Solid knowledge and experience overseeing successful marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrates high business acumen for professional verbal and written correspondence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Great strategic, planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must hold a valid Passport
