Job Title: Vice President, Sales

Connect Tech Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales and marketing teams in achieving exceptional sales and revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Manage sales processes, reports, and forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections and pipeline management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success as a VP of Sales or similar role in a technology or electronics industry
  • 7-10 years of business-to-business sales experience with a strong understanding of sales strategies and methods
  • College diploma or university degree in Business, Marketing, or Electronics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month in the US and Europe
