Job Description- We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and establish work priorities.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Reviewing and evaluating existing administrative procedures to ensure they meet organizational needs
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carrying out administrative activities, including tasks such as preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating events
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word
