As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. You will build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect their most valuable assets.

A Typical Day

  • You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email.
  • You will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.
  • You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
  • You will follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  • You will conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.

The Value You Bring

  • You do not need experience, and we will provide applicable training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role is an asset.
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
