About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect what matters most. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, while providing exceptional customer service.

A Day in the Life

  • You will provide personalized insurance solutions to customers via phone, in-person, and email
  • You will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies
  • You will manage and build customer relationships, driving sales growth and retention
  • You will follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • You will conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary; we offer applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset
