About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistics of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop and submit regular reports on logistics performance and operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure our logistics operations are running smoothly.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Transportation, freight forwarding, and private sector experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check and credit check.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
