Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Logistics Plans
The Transportation Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics plans to prioritize tasks, optimize routes, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with Cross-Functional TeamsThe successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesThe Transportation Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory and supplies, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Train and Develop StaffThe successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Monitor and Analyze Performance MetricsThe Transportation Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, including delivery times, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a transportation logistics role is required.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication.
Work EnvironmentThe Transportation Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
