We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our equipment and vehicles
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff to join our logistics team
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
Work Environment:

Our logistics team operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be working with a team of shippers and receivers, and will be required to handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
