As a Logistics Operations Supervisor at CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the logistical functions of our organization. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on logistics operations and performance metrics.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational challenges, providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment and hiring processes for logistics personnel.
  • Training: Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff on policies and procedures.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Work Assignment: Assign tasks and review work to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Resource Management: Manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education (College/CEGEP).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within logistics.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
