Business Operations Coordinator

At Five Rivers Financial Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.
The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Information Flow: Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on key projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess our daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm appointments for senior staff members, ensuring that their schedules are optimized for maximum productivity.
- Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts with vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to operate effectively.
