At Mount Fox Immigration Consulting Inc., we are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate various tasks and projects simultaneously. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Overseeing payroll administration and benefits
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Recruiting and hiring workers and carrying out related staffing actions
  • Maintaining and managing digital databases

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing ongoing support and consulting services to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, as well as additional benefits, including:
