Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Wajax Limited. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 3 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and control daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Conduct performance reviews
- Train or arrange for training
- Monitor quality and production levels
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a heavy equipment environment and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
